This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 20 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
In their original packaging where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

For apparel, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached where applicable.

For pet products, items must be unused and in their original condition. Certain pet products may not be eligible for return once opened or used for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

For home products, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, Mirakei will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The item should be returned in its original condition. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

This statutory right does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
