SECTION 20 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged or incorrect items, where Mirakei covers these costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
For customers in the European Union, you may also have additional rights to cancel or return your order under applicable consumer protection laws.
